Marks finished 2-1 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Marks lost 7-2 to Chaelynn Kitz (Saskatoon, SK), then responded with a 8-6 win over Ashton Simard (Calgary, AB). Marks won 10-1 against Allyson Hamilton (Taber, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
