Kiemele finished 5-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kiemele defeated Megan Smith (Sudbury, NONT) 6-4, then went on to lose 8-3 against Marie-Elaine Little (Ottawa, ON). Kiemele responded with a 4-3 win over Camille Daly (Ottawa, ON). Kiemele won 8-6 against Kaleigh MacKay (Ottawa, ON), then won 6-4 against Sierra Sutherland (Ottawa, ON) and 5-4 against Jestyn Murphy (Mississauga, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Stu Sells Junior Womens Tankard, Kiemele take home 0.000 world rankings points along with the $1,000CDN prize. For week 6 of the event schedule, Kiemele did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Kiemele ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
