Kitchens finished 2-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kitchens lost 6-3 to Shae Bevan (Winnipeg, MB), then responded with a 8-4 win over Serena Gray-Withers (Springfield, MB). Kitchens won 5-2 against Rebecca Lamb (Stonewall, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
