Barker finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barker defeated Deana Schenher (Melville, SK) 8-1, then won 7-5 against Hanna Anderson (Hanley, SK) and 7-4 against Mandy Selzer (Balgonie, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
