Advancing directly to the semifinals, Chambers won 6-5 over Ryan Deis (Fox Valley, SK) to advance to the championship game. of the 2017 Farmers Edge SCT in Wadena, Saskatchewan, Canada;

Chambers finished 3-0 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Chambers defeated Lloyd Fell (Two Rivers, SK) 5-4, then won 8-4 against Dale Craig (Saskatoon, SK) and 6-4 against Brent Franko (Wadena, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Farmers Edge SCT, Chambers take home 9.357 world rankings points along with the $2,500CDN prize, moving up 196 spots the World Ranking Standings into 251st place overall with 10.548 total points.
