In their opening game, Pozihun lost 7-4 to Colin Koivula (Thunder Bay, ON), droppimg another game, 8-1 to Al Hackner (Thunder Bay, ON) where Pozihun responded with a 5-4 win over Krista McCarville (Thunder Bay, ON). Pozihun won 5-3 against Weiss, then won 9-6 against Allen Macsemchuk (Thunder Bay, ON) and 5-1 against Mikkelsen. Pozihun won 6-4 against Larissa Mikkelsen (Thunder Bay, ON). Pozihun went on to lose 6-3 against Mike McCarville (Thunder Bay, ON). Pozihun responded with a 10-2 win over Hailey Beaudry (Thunder Bay, ON). Pozihun won 5-4 against McCarville, then won 9-8 against Mikkelsen. Pozihun went on to lose 5-1 against Hackner. Pozihun lost 6-2 to Weiss in their final qualifying round match.
