Brown won 5-4 against Shuster in their final qualifying round match.

Brown earned 4.669 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 29th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 190.397 total points. Brown ranks 47th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 50.849 points earned so far this season.
