Ahlstrom lost 5-3 to Norberg where Ahlstrom responded with a 6-3 win over Fransson in their final qualifying round match.

Ahlstrom earned 5.985 world rankings points for their Top 4 finish in the Swedish Eliteserien, moving up 86 spots the World Ranking Standings into 214th place overall with 5.985 total points. Ahlstrom ranks 175th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 5.985 points earned so far this season.
