Timofeev responded with a 10-4 win over Sebastian Wunderer (Kitzbuhel, AUT) in their final qualifying round match.

Timofeev earned 8.670 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 6 spots the World Ranking Standings into 81st place overall with 67.404 total points. Timofeev ranks 147th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 11.461 points earned so far this season.
