Jean-Michel Menard (Gatineau, QC) won 7-6 over Alek Bedard (Montreal, QC) in the Final of the Finale du Circuit, held November 30 - December 3, 2017 at the Aurèle Racine Curling Club in Tracy, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Menard won 5-3 over Martin Ferland (Levis, QC) in the semifinals of the 2017 Finale du Circuit in Tracy, Quebec, Canada; and won 4-2 over Vincent Bourget (Buckingham, QC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2017 Finale du Circuit in Tracy, Quebec, Canada;
 
Menard finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Menard defeated Geoff Reid (Baie d'Urfe, QC) 7-2, then went on to lose 6-2 against Bourget. Menard responded with a 8-3 win over Michael Fournier (Montreal, QC). Menard won 5-3 against Ferland in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Finale du Circuit Championship title, Menard earned 17.228 world rankings points along with the $4,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 5 spots the World Ranking Standings into 34th place overall with 184.43 total points. Menard ranks 33rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 81.296 points earned so far this season.
