In their opening game, Wark defeated Kelly Shimizu (Richmond, BC) 9-4, then went on to lose 6-4 against Kayte Gyles (Surrey, BC). Wark responded with a 7-4 win over Kesa Van Osch (Nanaimo, BC). Wark went on to lose 7-3 against Gyles. Wark lost 9-5 to Van Osch in their final qualifying round match.
