In their opening game, Barber defeated Rachel Fritzler (Saskatoon, SK) 11-8, then went on to lose 6-5 against Stefanie Lawton (Saskatoon, SK). Barber responded with a 8-1 win over Rae Ann Williamson (Regina, SK). Barber won 8-5 against Mandy Selzer (Fox Valley, SK). Barber went on to lose 7-4 against Lawton in their final qualifying round match.

Barber earned 1.013 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 19 of the event schedule, Barber did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Barber ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
