In their opening game, Comeau lost 7-1 to Jennifer Armstrong (Saint John, NB), then responded with a 7-2 win over Samantha Crook (Sackville, NB). Comeau went on to lose 10-5 against Sarah Mallais (Saint John, NB). Comeau responded with a 6-2 win over Crook in their final qualifying round match.
