In their opening game, Walter defeated Shaelynn Lukey (Swan River, MB) 9-5, then won 9-2 against Talyia Tober (Moosehorn, MB) and 10-2 against Presley Sagert (Swan River, MB). Walter won 12-1 against Kaitlyn Payette (Brandon, MB), then won 11-1 against Brooke Friesen (Winkler, MB). Walter went on to lose 8-3 against Rebecca Lamb (Stonewall, MB). Walter responded with a 8-2 win over Serena Gray-Withers (Lorette, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
