Lauren Lenentine (Cornwall, PEI) run at the 2018 PEI Scotties came to an end in the semifinals with a 6-2 loss to Robyn MacPhee (Charlottetown, PEI). of the 2018 PEI Scotties in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada;
 
Lenentine finished 3-2 in the 5-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Lenentine defeated Tammy Dewar (Montague, PEI) 8-5, then won 8-5 against Lisa Jackson (Charlottetown, PEI) and 11-2 against Veronica Smith (Charlottetown, PEI). Lenentine went on to lose 10-7 against MacPhee. Lenentine lost 7-6 to Smith in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the PEI Scotties, Lenentine take home 3.713 world rankings points. For week 22 of the event schedule, Lenentine did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Lenentine ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
