Selina Witschonke (Luzern, SUI) qualified for the 2017 U21 Crystal Slam playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-2 against Lindsay Thorne (Ottawa, ON).

Witschonke finished 5-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Witschonke defeated Thorne 8-5, then won 6-4 against Madison Horton (Carp, ON) and 7-4 against Emilie Lovitt (Ottawa, ON). Witschonke won 9-2 against Cora Farrell (Blaine, USA), then won 6-3 against Kaleigh MacKay (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

. For week 11 of the event schedule, Witschonke did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Witschonke ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
