Zeidell finished 2-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Zeidell defeated Garrett Johnston (Airdrie, AB) 8-2, then went on to lose 7-2 against James Balance (Calgary, AB). Zeidell responded with a 6-2 win over Molberg. Zeidell went on to lose 8-2 against Libbus in their final qualifying round match.
