Emilia Gagne (Alma, QC) won 7-6 over Eve Belisle (Montreal, QC) in the Final of the Quebec Scotties, held January 9 - 14, 2018 at the Etchemin Curling Club in C.P. 2114, Quebec. To advance to the championship game, Gagne won 8-7 over Marie-France Larouche (Levis, QC) in the semifinals of the 2018 Quebec Scotties in C.P. 2114, Quebec;
 
Gagne finished 4-3 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gagne lost 7-4 to Belisle, then responded with a 6-4 win over Roxane Perron (Levis, QC). Gagne won 7-2 against Isabelle Neron (Chicoutimi, QC), then won 10-5 against Dominique Jean (Quebec, QC). Gagne went on to lose 9-4 against Larouche. Gagne lost 7-6 to Sophie Morissette (Trois-Rivieres, QC) where Gagne responded with a 7-4 win over Gabrielle Lavoie (Quebec, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Quebec Scotties Championship title, Gagne earned 6.300 world rankings points, moving up 68 spots the World Ranking Standings into 204th place overall with 6.712 total points. Gagne ranks 171st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 6.300 points earned so far this season.
