Lionel Holm (Watrous, SK) finished 1-3 in the 19-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Holm lost 8-4 to Drew Heidt (Unity, SK), droppimg another game, 7-4 to Mark Steckler (Saskatoon, SK) where Holm responded with a 7-5 win over Justin Anderson (Dalmeny, SK). Holm went on to lose 9-6 against Dale Craig (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

For week 24 of the event schedule, Holm did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
