McMakin lost 7-5 to Madison Bear (Pardeeville, WI) where McMakin responded with a 9-5 win over Mackenzie Page (Mankato, MN). McMakin went on to lose 9-7 against Ariel Traxler (Fairbanks, AK). McMakin responded with a 8-7 win over Cora Farrell (Blaine, MN). McMakin went on to lose 8-2 against Maya Willertz (Midland, MI). McMakin responded with a 7-2 win over Sara Olson (Duluth, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

McMakin earned 1.000 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 26 of the event schedule, McMakin did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. McMakin ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
