Stephen Moss (Yellowknife, NT) lost 9-3 to Jamie Koe (Yellowknife, NT) in the Final of the NWT Men's Championships, held February 7 - 11, 2018 at the Inuvik Curling Club in Inuvik, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Moss won 10-3 over Nick Saturnino (Inuvik, NT) in the semifinals of the 2018 NWT Men's Championships in Inuvik, Northwest Territories, Canada;

Moss finished 3-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Moss defeated Justin Pascal (Inuvik, NT) 11-1, then won 7-6 against Greg Skauge (Yellowknife, NT). Moss went on to lose 8-5 against Koe. Moss responded with a 8-2 win over Saturnino in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the NWT Men's Championships, Moss take home 3.713 world rankings points, moving up 279 spots the World Ranking Standings into 403rd place overall with 3.713 total points. Moss ranks 314th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 3.713 points earned so far this season.
