In their opening game, Menard defeated Pier-Luc Trepanier (Valleyfield, QC) 8-2, then won 7-3 against Benoit Vezeau (Montreal, QC) and 8-2 against Simon Dupuis (Montreal, QC). Menard won 6-3 against Jeffrey Stewart (Montreal, QC). Menard went on to lose 7-4 against Fournier. Menard responded with a 10-1 win over Francois Gagne (Montreal, QC). Menard won 8-3 against Vincent Roberge (Levis, QC), then won 10-5 against Martin Ferland (Levis, QC) and 8-5 against Jean-Sebastien Roy (Chicoutimi, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the WFG Quebec Tankard, Menard take home 12.817 world rankings points, moving up 5 spots the World Ranking Standings into 33rd place overall with 210.06 total points. Menard ranks 36th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 106.926 points earned so far this season.
