For winning the Qinghai International Championship title, Hegner earned 17.063 world rankings points along with the $8,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 6 spots the World Ranking Standings into 61st place overall with 95.957 total points. Hegner ranks 95th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 24.049 points earned so far this season.
