Pfister won 13-1 against Dimitri Boada (Geneve, SUI), then won 6-5 against Christian Bangerter (Bern, SUI) and 5-4 against Stefan Staehli (Bern, SUI). Pfister won 5-4 against Joachim Porret (Neuchatel, SUI), then won 5-4 against Jan Hess (Zug, SUI) and 6-3 against Andrin Schnider (St. Gallen, SUI). Pfister went on to lose 7-6 against Yves Hess (Zug, SUI). Pfister responded with a 7-2 win over Felix Attinger (Dubendorf, SUI). Pfister won 8-7 against Lucien Lottenbach (Luzern, SUI), then won 9-2 against Rolf Bruggmann (Uzwil, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Swiss Super League Championship title, Pfister earned 12.556 world rankings points.
