Pfister went on to lose 7-6 against Yves Hess (Zug, SUI). Pfister responded with a 7-2 win over Felix Attinger (Dubendorf, SUI). Pfister won 8-7 against Lucien Lottenbach (Luzern, SUI), then won 9-2 against Rolf Bruggmann (Uzwil, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Swiss Super League Championship title, Pfister earned 12.556 world rankings points. Pfister move up 2 spots after posting a net gain of 11.602 points improving upon their best results so far this season, ranking 30th overall with 221.469 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
