Wasylik finished 1-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wasylik lost 9-2 to Thomas Dunlop (East St. Paul, MB), then responded with a 9-0 win over Reese Braden (Winnipeg, MB). Wasylik went on to lose 8-4 against Joshua Friesen (Morris, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
