Bruce Mouat (Edinburgh, SCO) won 7-5 over Greg Drummond (Stirling, SCO) in the Final of the Scottish Curling Championships, held February 10 - 17, 2018 at the Perth Curling Club in Perth, Scotland.

Mouat finished 9-0 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mouat defeated Fraser Hare (Stranraer, SCO) 8-7, then won 7-4 against Stuart Taylor (Glawgow, SCO) and 6-5 against Cameron McNay (Edinburgh, SCO). Mouat won 10-2 against Tom Brewster (Aberdeen, SCO), then won 9-4 against Murray Young (Forfar, SCO) and 4-3 against Drummond. Mouat won 8-2 against Callum Kinnear (Perth, SCO), then won 8-2 against Graham Shaw (Perth, SCO) and 9-6 against Cameron Bryce (Borders, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Scottish Curling Championships Championship title, Mouat earned 32.159 world rankings points. For week 28 of the event schedule, Mouat did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
