Evan Workin (Fargo, ND) 7-3, then won 7-4 against Kevin Johnson (St. Paul, MN). Maroldo went on to lose 4-2 against Sean Murray (Rochester Hills, MI). Maroldo lost 5-4 to Fred Maxie (Seattle, WA) where Maroldo responded with a 8-2 win over Bob Leclair (Goodyear, AZ). Maroldo won 8-7 against Mike Sherry (Schaumburg, IL), then won 6-3 against Emily Anderson (Broomall, PA) and 10-3 against Ryan Spielman (Hartland, WI). Maroldo went on to lose 6-3 against Darrick Kizlyk (Colorado Springs, CO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
. For week of the event schedule, Maroldo did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Maroldo ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
