In their opening game, Harris defeated Chris Gibson (Miramichi, NB) 7-2, then went on to lose 7-3 against Jim Sullivan (Moncton, NB). Harris lost 8-6 to Jeff Lacey (Saint John, NB) where Harris responded with a 11-1 win over Jean Guy Cyr (Grand Falls, NB). Harris went on to lose 7-1 against Adib Samaan (Saint John, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
