In their opening game, Bergman defeated Shae Bevan (Winnipeg, MB) 4-3, then won 8-2 against Alexandra Friesen (Winnipeg, MB) and 7-2 against Katy Lukowich (Winnipeg, MB). Bergman won 6-3 against Gray-Withers in their final qualifying round match.
