Ramsfjell finished 3-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ramsfjell defeated Johan Hostmaehlingen (Lillehammer, NOR) 5-4, then won 5-3 against Christer Wibe (Halden, NOR) and 7-0 against Gjermund Troan (Hedmarken, NOR) in their final qualifying round match.
