Steffen R. Mellemseter (Oppdal, NOR) lost 6-4 to Steffen Walstad (Oppdal, NOR) in the Final of the Norway Cup 2, held November 10 - 12, 2017 in Oppdal, Norway. To advance to the championship game, Mellemseter won 6-4 over Magnus Ramsfjell (Oslo, NOR) in the semifinals of the 2017 Norway Cup 2 in Oppdal, Norway; and won 3-1 over Rune Hindseth (Oppdal, NOR) in the quarterfinals. of the 2017 Norway Cup 2 in Oppdal, Norway;
