Springer went on to lose 6-2 against JT Ryan (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

Springer earned 0.206 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 91 spots the World Ranking Standings into 621st place overall with 0.206 total points. Springer ranks 563rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 0.206 points earned so far this season.
