In their opening game, Meissner defeated Farzana Hussain (Georgetown, GUY) 8-6, then went on to lose 8-4 against Aline Goncalves (Sao Paolo, BRZ). Meissner lost 5-3 to Hyeji Jang (Uiesong, KOR). Meissner lost 8-4 to Zuzana Hajkova (Prague, CZE) where Meissner responded with a 10-5 win over Ireland's Jen Ward. Meissner went on to lose 9-4 against Laura Crocker (Edmonton, CAN). Meissner responded with a 8-6 win over Anna Weghuber (Kitzbuhel, AUT) in their final qualifying round match.
