Advancing directly to the semifinals, Wark won 8-5 over Diane Gushulak (New Westminster, BC) to advance to the championship game. of the 2018 Driving Force Abbotsford Cashspiel in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Wark finished 3-0 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wark defeated Sijia Liu (Harbin, CHN) 8-7, then won 7-5 against Seina Nakajima (Nagano, JPN) and 5-3 against Shiella Cowan (New Westminster, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Driving Force Abbotsford Cashspiel Championship title, Wark earned 25.349 world rankings points along with the $5,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 33 spots the World Ranking Standings into 60th place overall with 58.902 total points.
