To advance to the championship game, Einarson won 8-1 over Suzanne Birt (Charlottetown, PEI) in the semifinals of the 2018 Stu Sells Oakville Tankard in Oakville, Ontario, Canada; and won 7-6 over Jacqueline Harrison (Toronto, NONT) in the quarterfinals. of the 2018 Stu Sells Oakville Tankard in Oakville, Ontario, Canada;
 
Einarson finished 4-1 in the 26-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Einarson lost 4-3 to Elena Stern (Oberwallis , SUI), then responded with a 9-1 win over Hollie Duncan (Toronto, ON). Einarson won 8-0 against Binia Feltscher (Switzerland, SUI), then won 4-3 against Heather Heggestad (Oakville, ON) and 8-7 against Stern in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Stu Sells Oakville Tankard Championship title, Einarson earned 54.027 world rankings points along with the $7,500CDN first prize cheque, moving up 4 spots the World Ranking Standings into 10th place overall with 251.922 total points. Einarson ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 57.636 points earned so far this season.
