Gushulak lost 5-4 to Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) where Gushulak responded with a 6-4 win over Eun-jin Oh (Jeonju, KOR). Gushulak won 6-5 against Nicole Backe (Vancouver Island, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
