Peterman/Gallant finished 4-1 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Peterman/Gallant lost 8-7 to Marlene Albrecht/Matt Wozniak (Zurich, SUI), then responded with a 10-0 win over Becky Moncur/Scott Moncur (Canmore, AB). Peterman/Gallant won 9-3 against Nicole Sigvaldason/Ian McMillan (Winnipeg, MB), then won 8-4 against Em Good/MacAllan Guy (Seattle, WA) and 6-4 against Emilie Desjardins/Robert Desjardins (Chicoutimi, QC) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Qualico Mixed Doubles Classic, Peterman/Gallant take home 0.000 world rankings points along with the $5,000CDN prize.
