Nilhamn/Kuosmanen lost 7-5 to Judith McCleary/Lee McCleary (Stirling, SCO) where Nilhamn/Kuosmanen responded with a 8-3 win over Johanna Heldin/Kristian Lindstroem (Uppsala, SWE). Nilhamn/Kuosmanen went on to lose 11-2 against Ewa Nogly/Konrad Stych (Lodz, POL) in their final qualifying round match.
