Beth Farmer (Kinross, SCO) qualified for the 2018 Braehead Junior Invitational playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-5 against Nora Wuest (Wetzikon, SUI). of the 2018 Braehead Junior Invitational in Glasgow, Scotland;
 
Farmer finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Farmer defeated Beth Dandie (Forfar, SCO) 11-0, then went on to lose 7-5 against Melissa Tanner (Lausanne, SUI). Farmer responded with a 7-0 win over Cecilia Fransson (Skelleftea, SWE). Farmer won 8-2 against Dandie in their final qualifying round match.
 
. For week 12 of the event schedule, Farmer did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Farmer ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
