In their opening game, Wolan lost 7-6 to Angus Bryce (Dumfries, SCO), droppimg another game, 6-3 to Noe Traub (Basel, SUI) where Wolan responded with a 8-0 win over Daniel Magnusson (Umea, SWE). Wolan won 7-5 against Bryce in their final qualifying round match.
