Mackenzie Zacharias (Altona, MB) finished 4-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Zacharias defeated Sarah Daniels (Delta, BC) 5-4, then went on to lose 6-4 against Cait Flannery (Chaska, USA). Zacharias lost 5-3 to Thea Coburn (Dundas, ON) where Zacharias responded with a 7-3 win over Mackenzie Glynn (St. John's, NL). Zacharias won 8-5 against Daniels, then won 6-5 against Kayla Gray (Perth, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
