Chase Sinnett (Chaska, USA) lost 5-3 to Joey Hart (Ajax, ON) in the Final of the KW U21 Mens Classic, held November 2 - 4, 2018 in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Sinnett won 7-3 over Eric Fenech (Toronto, ON) in the semifinals of the KW U21 Mens Classic in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario; and won 6-2 over Ze Zhong Zhang (Changchun, CHN) in the quarterfinals. of the KW U21 Mens Classic in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario;
 
Sinnett finished 3-2 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sinnett defeated Hang Qu (Harbin, CHN) 7-1, then went on to lose 7-3 against Trevor Kirby (London, ON). Sinnett lost 8-6 to Sam Steep (Seaforth, ON) where Sinnett responded with a 9-1 win over Nicholas Lemieux (Sault Ste Marie, ON).
