Ildiko Szekeres/Gyorgy Nagy (Budapest, HUN) qualified for the 2019 Slovakia Mixed Doubles Curling Cup playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-6 against Silvia Sykorova/Marek Sykora (Bratislava, SVK).
 
Szekeres/Nagy finished 4-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Szekeres/Nagy defeated Emma Valachova/Karol Vidlar (Bratislava, SVK) 13-1, then won 12-1 against Andrea Fischer/Holger Langenau (Fuessen, GER) and 11-4 against Zuzanna Rybicka/Bartosz Dzikowski (Lodz, POL). Szekeres/Nagy won 9-3 against Sykorova/Sykora in their final qualifying round match.
