Quick/Armstrong finished 4-1 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Quick/Armstrong defeated Michelle Lang/Mark Lang (Saskatoon, SK) 8-4, then went on to lose 6-5 against Chaelynn Kitz/Brayden Stewart (Saskatoon, CAN). Quick/Armstrong responded with a 8-4 win over Saskatchewan's Stephanie Todd/Riley Lloyd. Quick/Armstrong won 8-2 against Jill de Gooijer/Garret Springer (Regina, SK), then won 9-3 against Kitz/Stewart in their final qualifying round match.
