Jestyn Murphy (Mississauga, ON) won 5-4 over Cathy Auld (Toronto, ON) in the Final of the Listowel Womens Classic, held November 30 - December 2, 2018 at the Listowel Curling Club in Listowel, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Murphy won 6-5 over Stephanie Senneker (Kalamazoo, MI) in the semifinals of the 2018 Listowel Womens Classic in Listowel, Ontario, Canada; and won 7-2 over Jo-Ann Rizzo (Brantford, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2018 Listowel Womens Classic in Listowel, Ontario, Canada;
 
Murphy finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Murphy defeated Sherry Middaugh (Thornhill, ON) 9-2, then won 8-2 against Jaclyn Peters (Ottawa, ON) and 5-2 against Erica Hopson (Ottawa, ON). Murphy went on to lose 6-1 against Auld in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Listowel Womens Classic Championship title, Murphy earned 26.923 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN first prize cheque. Murphy move up 9 spots after posting a net gain of 20.887 points improving upon their best 7 results so far this season, ranking 31st overall with 132.671 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Murphy ranks 24th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 102.493 points earned so far this season.
