Camilla Noreen/Per Noreen (Gavle, SWE) lost 5-4 to Jenny Perret/Martin Rios (Glarus, SUI) in the Final of the Gefle Mixed Doubles Cup, held January 24 - 27, 2019 in Gavle, Sweden. To advance to the championship game, Noreen/Noreen won 10-6 over Zuzana Paulova/Tomas Paul (Prague, CZE) in the semifinals of the 2019 Gefle Mixed Doubles Cup in Gavle, Sweden; and won 6-5 over Elina Virtaala/Tomi Rantamaki (Hyvinkaa, FIN) in the quarterfinals.
 
Noreen/Noreen finished 3-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Noreen/Noreen defeated Agnes Alden/Noa Stenalv (Gavle, SWE) 12-0, then won 10-1 against Cecilia Fransson/Gustav Koehn (Gavle, SWE).
