Terry Ursel (Morris, MB) run at the 2018 Morris SunSpiel came to an end in the semifinals with a 9-6 loss to Kristy Watling (Winnipeg, MB).

Ursel finished 3-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ursel defeated Barb Spencer (Sanford, MB) 8-5, then won 9-2 against Laura Burtnyk (Winnipeg, MB) and 8-5 against Rachel Burtnyk (Winnipeg, MB). Ursel went on to lose 11-2 against Jennifer Clark-Rouire (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
