Calvert finished 2-0 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Calvert defeated Kristy Watling (Winnipeg, MB) 8-5, then won 9-8 against Peterson in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the MCT Championships, Calvert take home 16.928 world rankings points along with the $900CDN prize, moving up 23 spots the World Ranking Standings into 79th place overall with 55.257 total points. Calvert ranks 67th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 47.719 points earned so far this season.
