Sylvie Robichaud (Moncton, NB) lost 7-4 to Andrea Crawford (Fredericton, NB) in the Final of the Steele Cup Cash, held October 12 - 14, 2018 at the Capital Winter Curling Club in Fredericton, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Robichaud won 8-4 over Sarah Mallais (Saint John, NB) in the semifinals of the 2018 Steele Cup Cash in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada;
 
Robichaud finished 2-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Robichaud defeated Justine Comeau (Fredericton, NB) 6-1, then went on to lose 8-4 against Crawford. Robichaud responded with a 6-4 win over Judy Ross (Fredericton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Steele Cup Cash, Robichaud take home 9.732 world rankings points along with the $800CDN prize. For week 9 of the event schedule, Robichaud did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
