Anna Sidorova (Moscow, RUS) qualified for the 2018 International ZO Womens Tournament playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-4 against Alina Kovaleva (Saint-Petersburg, RUS).

Sidorova finished 3-2 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sidorova defeated Nora Wuest (Wetzikon, SUI) 5-3, then went on to lose 7-4 against Andrea Schoepp (Garmisch-Partenkirchen, GER). Sidorova won 8-4 against Selina Witschonke (Luzern, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

Sidorova earned 10.919 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the International ZO Womens Tournament, dropping 1 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 22nd place overall with 169.363 total points. Sidorova ranks 31st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 71.772 points earned so far this season.
